You must be a candidate for CoolSculpting to receive treatment if you win the Treatment-to-Transformation CoolSculpting® package. In the event the winner is not a candidate (e.g. for medical reasons), the Treatment-to-Transformation CoolSculpting® package shall be awarded to the second-place winner in the Closest to the Pin Competition. In the event of a tie, the first person to swing wins. Determination of who wins is at the sole-discretion of Sculptify Me and/or it's owner(s) and shall be evaluated based on whose golf ball is closest to the pin after a single swing from the designated putting or swinging area. No cash or monetary equivalent shall be offered in the event participant is unable or unwilling to have CoolSculpting performed. Sculptify Me and/or it's owner(s) reserves the right to award or gift additional prizes to registrants and/or participants.
